Q: Why is my price in US, but when I go to checkout the price is higher?
A: It is not higher thats the USD - CAD conversion price, We are a Canadian company and our final prices will always show up in Canadian Dollars.
Q: Do you do accept Paypal
A: No we do not, however we other acceptable alternatives such as Interac Email Money Transfer & Amazon E-gift cards
Q: What does CAD stand for?
A: CAD stands for Canadian Dollars.
Q: Are all of your DVD ISO files original Studio Release DVDs
A: No they are not, most are from HDTV some are VHS rips we strive to provide the best Video & Sound quality we possibly can. (Please read Legal page)
Q: What is a DVD ISO file?
A: An ISO file (often called an ISO image), is an archive file that contains an identical copy (or image) of data found on an optical disc, like a CD or DVD. They are often used for backing up optical discs, or for distributing large file sets that are intended to burned to an optical disc. You can also watch the ISO file using VLC media player on your PC/Laptop. What's really best about all of this is after you download the ISO file(s) its yours to keep forever, & you'll always have them as a backup.

Q: Does your videos contain any watermarks on the screen?
A: Approx 90% of our videos do NOT contain watermarks. It is the buyers responsibility to ask questions before purchasing whether they are in the videos or not. We do our best to list it in the description.
Q: If I have a show request can I email you?
A: Yes you can, we will do our best to locate any show requests you might have.
Q: Are all your DVD ISO Files are in English & do they contain foreign subtitles?
A: All of our DVD ISO Files are in English & DO NOT contain any subtitles.
Q: Will your DVD ISO Files work in the UK, Australia & Asia or any other country other than the US & Canada?
A: Yes they will, all of our DVDs are region free & will play on any DVD/Blu Ray Player, PS4, & Xbox Systems & may also work on your laptop/PC.
Q: What is your turnaround time?
A: We try and send the download link within 1-2 hrs however it can sometimes take up to 24 hrs for us to email you the link(s)
Q: Do you offer any kind of refunds if I'm not happy?
A: We DO NOT offer any kind of refund once download links have been emailed.
Q: Do you do trades?
A: Yes we do, depending on how busy we are with orders we will try & accommodate a time to make trades & we do disc for disc.
Q: Is my order Secure?

Q: My DVD ISO Files are missing episodes what do i do?
A: Please check for the white arrow on the bottom left of the menus screen to flip through pages, for more episodes, sometimes you cant see it with the colored background on the menu screen.
Q: Do you accept Visa Debit Cards
A: We do accept them by sending us an Amazon E-Gift Card
